About Patriot Boat Life & Dock Maintenance

Patriot was founded on the core principles of proving quality work for an affordable price. Whether it’s replacing rusted bolts on a bulkhead or installing a new floating dock we treat all our customers as if they were our only customer. The owners served this country proudly for over 20 years combined service, one being a Marine and the other in the Army. So, as you can imagine service is in their DNA. After serving proudly, they both continue to call Coastal Carolina home and choose to raise their family here as well. Lubrication of all pulleys, gears, and chain drives
Lubricate Cables
Inspect and adjust bunks (as needed)
Inspection of wiring on motors & switches as well as outlets and lights -Inspect plumbing to include faucet, piping and hose -Inspection of dock for loose/damage decking handrails, pickets or loose dock bolts and brackets
Inspection of Dock Support & Pilings
Inspection of Fish Tables and Ladder
15% on the labor for any repair performed to correct inspected items

Bulkhead Repair and Construction

Inspect Seawall (Bulkhead) for damage and repair what can be repaired. We installed high quality vinyl or treated lumber bulkheads to help regain as well as protect property

Boat Dock Repair and Construction

Sometime with time the docks becomes a little run down, we are here to give it a refresh or look. We are also here to create a new vision with a beautiful dock

Pier Construction

We like to help our customers enjoy their properties by creating a walkway over the water. Some also prefer to have a nice, shaded place to rest so a beautiful Gazebo is a great addition to a pier

Boat Lift Repair and Installation

Our skilled technicians provide regular service as well make needed repairs. When are customers are looking to get their investments out of the water, we are there to install a variety of lift solutions

House Pile Driving for New Home Construction

Our crews are well trained to read blueprints and able to layout new home piles needed to create your customer’s dreams on or near the water. We auger to the appropriate depth, following by using one of our Hammers to get them to the require depth. We include with all our completed jobs a certificating letter

Piling Wrap

When those house or dock piles are not looking the best, we have a solution by wrapping them in a vinyl sleeve. This sleeve is filled with concrete to help stabilize the pile and add that needed support. Piling wrap is a permanent solution to damage or deteriorating piles.
